You can submit your Keyflow profile to a venue and ask them to add you on the guest list.

This is how it works:

  1. Find the event of interest and submit your request from the guest app or the web.
  2. Your request will immediately be sent to the venue with your Keyflow profile and an optional message.
  3. The venue receives your request and can accept or decline you request.
  4. When the venue has answered your request you will be notified immediately.

It is always the venue that approves or declines a guest list request. Some venues are more responsive than others. The response time can range from hours to days depending on venue and when the request was made. Keyflow actively encourages venues to keep the response times are short as possible.

Keyflow shows how good venues are at responding to requests. The venue response rate can be found on the event page and on venue page.

You can find all your tickets under your profile page. They are also sent to your registered e-mail address.

You have a reset password link in the mobile app where you will get instructions on how to reset your password or you can click here to reset your password. 

Please contact the venue to ask about their refund policy. The venue’s contact information can be found on you receipt. Keyflow is a service and works as a third party provider for ticket sales. You can also choose to send your tickets to a friend.

Sending tickets to your friends is not required if you arrive at the same time as a group. If you plan on arriving individually, sending tickets to each person is required. 

Some tickets and tables may require the venue’s approval before they can be purchased.

This is how it works:

  1. Select the requestable ticket you would like to buy and submit your request to the venue. You will need to have a credit card on file.
  2. The venue receives your request and can accept or decline you request.
  3. If your request is approved you will be notified and you can choose to go ahead and confirm the purchase.
  4. When confirming you Credit Card on file will be charged.
  5. You will receive a confirmation of your purchase and a receipt.

The GDPR regulates how personal information can be used and handled. Keyflow stores and processes personal information about you in order to be able to provide you a reliable, secure and personal experience. Parts of the information is also used in order for Keyflow to understand how the system is used in order to identify bottlenecks and to improve the service. The types of personal information we process is the information you have provided as well as technical information we collect as part of you using the service.
