I have lost my password

Please use the reset password link in the guest app and you will be sent instructions on how to reset your password.

Where can I see my tickets and orders?

You can find all your tickets under your ’profile’ and ’Tickets’ in the application
They are also sent to your e-mail address.

I can no longer attend the event I bought tickets for.

Please contact the club/event organizer to ask about what their refund policy is

I accidentally bought too many tickets, what do I do?

How long do I have to wait for my request to be answered?

Most clubs respond within an hour or two, Keyflow promotes swift answers.

Do I have to send tickets to my friends?

You don’t have to send tickets to your friends, you can all just show up at the door at the same time, however if one or more in your party wants to arrive at another time you can send them tickets.

Where do I see the venues I follow?

They will be showing in the ‘Favorites’ tab in the guest app.
