All tickets, whether you bought it or someone sent it to you should be located in the app under the ’Profile’ tab. If you don’t find it there, check your spam folder in your email. In the case that your ticket gets ”lost”, rest assured that we always add everyone’s name to the guest list for the chosen night as a backup system. In other words, all you need to do is to bring a valid ID and state your name to the guard and he or she will find you on the guest list.

If you would like to send a ticket to a friend of yours, you need to locate the ticket in the app under the ’Profile’ tab and from there you can send it to whomever you would like.

As Keyflow only acts as a third party service for ticket sales we can’t answer what policy the organizer has regarding refunds. On your receipt, you will find contact information of the venue, please contact them prior to reaching out to Keyflow, as they need to confirm the problem before a decision is made.

Keyflow never sends out emails to unknown recipients. If you have received an email from us, it’s because you have signed up for our services in the past and we’d like to inform you of unread messages. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to limit these emails since it’s a way for us to communicate with our users regarding updates or other company related events.

In order for you to delete your account, you need to send us an email to support@keyflow.com and we will arrange this for you.

As of 2019, every online purchase requires validation by you as a customer through either Bank ID or a bank card reader. Make sure you have one of these available when you try to purchase a ticket. If you’re still experiencing problems, contact us at support@keyflow.com and we will try to help you manually.

Many of the larger nightclubs use a guest list. The guest list functions in different ways from night to night. For example, it could mean free entrance one night or skip-the-line access on other nights. At some clubs you need to be on the guest list to gain entry, while other clubs are less strict – look up the guest list policy for the specific club you are planning to attend in advance.
